Keto for breakfast couldn’t be any more delicious than this recipe here. This Keto bacon egg & cheese breakfast sandwich topped with the Texas chili recipe has been my go-to for a long time. I’m very excited to be sharing it with you.
I’m Texan, so I had to add Texas No Bean Chili to this keto recipe to make it unique, so thank me later! This keto breakfast Sandwich recipe is Keto friendly and will benefit you in your weight loss journey. I believe breakfast is the most important meal of the day. This is because your first meal dictates how you’ll feel for the first few hours of your day. This is important because you can receive negative or positive energy depending on what you are at.
A typical breakfast at a fast-food drive-thru will most likely contain processed foods that are incredibly high in sodium & sugar. That is an excellent recipe for a sluggish, sleepy, weigh gaining opportunity waiting to happen.

Keto Bacon, Egg & Cheese Breakfast Sandwich Topped with Texas Chili
Ingredients
- 2 Strips Uncured Bacon
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 tbsp Milk
- 1 Slice Cheese Your choice
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 2 Keto Buns
- Day Old Chili (Optional)
Instructions
- Fully cook your uncured bacon. Add a dash of pepper (Optional)
- Beat 2 eggs and 1/2 tsp of milk. Then cook on stove top on low heat season with salt & pepper.
- Place your Keto Buns on a baking tray and set in the oven for 4 minutes.
- Heat your day old No bean Chili (Optional)
- Remove Buns from the Oven and start to assemble.
- Place your cheese of choice and let it melt either in the oven or over your warm food. (Turn off oven)
