- 2 Strips Uncured Bacon
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 tbsp Milk
- 1 Slice Cheese Your choice
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 2 Keto Buns
- Day Old Chili (Optional)
Fully cook your uncured bacon. Add a dash of pepper (Optional)
Beat 2 eggs and 1/2 tsp of milk. Then cook on stove top on low heat season with salt & pepper.
Place your Keto Buns on a baking tray and set in the oven for 4 minutes.
Heat your day old No bean Chili (Optional)
Remove Buns from the Oven and start to assemble.
Place your cheese of choice and let it melt either in the oven or over your warm food. (Turn off oven)
