Keto Calzone Fritto

Keto Fried Calzone

The Keto Calzone Fritto has changed the way I see Italian food. Those who have been following me or know me personally know that I love eating pizza! I’m sure many of you here with me feel the same way, and It’s good to know I’m not alone here. Our keto lifestyle can be challenging when you’re not aware of specific possible ways to enjoy still the foods you love so much! That’s where I introduce the Keto pepperoni & sausage calzone fritto. Essentially this is a fried calzone that originated in Italy. I remember trying this recipe for the first time when I wasn’t on a keto lifestyle with a good friend from New York. Before attempting the Calzone Fritto, I always knew this dish was oven-baked. I’ve even had a version of a calzone from Pizza Hut, so I was very familiar with the calzone and what to expect from it. The Calzone Fritto Is a game-changer, and yes, you can taste the difference. I love that I can now enjoy a calzone on keto because Italian food is so good.

Keto Italian Ingredients

As we who are all on a ketogenic lifestyle, we know who the enemy is: carbs. I get it; carbs are challenging to entirely from entirely but are still manageable. Italian food has arguably some of the best recipes, but are not necessarily great for keto. There are many things to watch out for when creating an Italian dish. The first thing I usually look for is the perfect breading. Depending on what you’re making, for instance, a keto calzone fritto, you want to make the bread taste as authentic as possible. One bite into an unsatisfying bread always leads to an unpleasant experience. I used a fathead dough for my keto calzone fritto, which tasted great. Once you’ve found a keto bread that suits you, you want to find an excellent sugar-free marinara sauce. I’ve had a few spices, and not all are pleasant, so be careful. This, of course, wouldn’t apply to you if you have the skills to make homemade marinara sauce. If you could key In on those two Ingredients correctly, Italian food has now made a bed In your keto lifestyle.

Keto Intermittent Results

Checking your ketones after eating foods deemed to be keto is very important to stay on top of. You can very well apply damages to the body if you’re not watching your portion controls and carb Intake. Eating a keto calzone fritto Is excellent for my ketones; this Is because I can accurately measure how much I can eat and not have to worry about overeating. I Intermittent fast every day for 16-18 hours, sometimes 20+ hours, so that I can maximize your keto lifestyle when It comes to portion control. If you’re unfamiliar with Intermittent fasting, It essentially means you set up a window of when to eat and when not to eat. When you’re eating, your body Is in a “Fed State,” meaning your body Is available to store away fat. If you’re not In a Fed State, you’re fasted, which Is gold for keto. This Is because your body Is constantly burning fats. That Is how many movie stars and celebrities get In the best shape of their lives to get on film. I’ll dive more Into that topic another day.
