Preheat Deep Fryer to 375° F or Preheat Oven to 400° F
Add your almond flour, parmesan cheese, baking powder, xanthan gum, and garlic powder into a plastic bowl.
Add your shredded mozzarella cheese, and butter into a separate plastic bowl and melt in your microwave.
Add your melted mozzarella cheese, and butter into your almond flour bowl and mix.
Add water, use your hands, and form your dough evenly.
Sprinkle some almond flour on a cutting board and roll your dough into a circle using your rolling pin.
Add one slice of provolone cheese in the center on your dough.
Add your ricotta cheese and meats.
Carefully fold your dough over the ingredients, and seal your edges tightly.
Place your calzone into the fridge for 5 minutes to cool before cooking.
Place your calzone into your 375° F Deep Fryer and cook for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
