Keto Creamy Cauliflower Mash
Equipment
- Cauliflower Masher (Hand Mash Only)
Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1 tbsp Heavy Cream
- 3 tbsp Sour Cream
- 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1/4 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese (Optional)
- 1/4 cup Gouda Cheese (Optional)
Keto Gravy Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Low Sodium Bone Broth
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum
Instructions
- Cut and trim your head of cauliflower and place it into your pot.
- Fill the bowl with water just enough to cover the cauliflower and boil for 15 minutes or until tender.
- In another pot, add your garlic and melt your butter. Cook for 2-3 on low heat.
- Remove and drain your cooked cauliflower and add your garlic butter.
- Add your sour cream, heavy cream, and cheeses into your garlic butter cauliflower mixture.
- Stir the ingredients evenly and place them into a food processor or mash by hand.
- Place your cauliflower mash into a pot to reheat for serving.
Keto Gravy Instructions
- Add your bone broth, butter, and xanthan gum to a pan. Cook until gravy thickens.
- Heat up your Cauliflower Mash & Serve with Gravy.
