- 1 head Cauliflower
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1 tbsp Heavy Cream
- 3 tbsp Sour Cream
- 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1/4 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese (Optional)
- 1/4 cup Gouda Cheese (Optional)
Cut and trim your head of cauliflower and place it into your pot.
Fill the bowl with water just enough to cover the cauliflower and boil for 15 minutes or until tender.
In another pot, add your garlic and melt your butter. Cook for 2-3 on low heat.
Remove and drain your cooked cauliflower and add your garlic butter.
Add your sour cream, heavy cream, and cheeses into your garlic butter cauliflower mixture.
Stir the ingredients evenly and place them into a food processor or mash by hand.
Place your cauliflower mash into a pot to reheat for serving.
Keto Gravy Instructions
Add your bone broth, butter, and xanthan gum to a pan. Cook until gravy thickens.
Heat up your Cauliflower Mash & Serve with Gravy.
