Ingredients
  

  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1 tbsp Heavy Cream
  • 3 tbsp Sour Cream
  • 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese (Optional)
  • 1/4 cup Gouda Cheese (Optional)

Keto Gravy Ingredients

Instructions
 

  • Cut and trim your head of cauliflower and place it into your pot.
  • Fill the bowl with water just enough to cover the cauliflower and boil for 15 minutes or until tender.
  • In another pot, add your garlic and melt your butter. Cook for 2-3 on low heat.
  • Remove and drain your cooked cauliflower and add your garlic butter.
  • Add your sour cream, heavy cream, and cheeses into your garlic butter cauliflower mixture.
  • Stir the ingredients evenly and place them into a food processor or mash by hand.
  • Place your cauliflower mash into a pot to reheat for serving.

Keto Gravy Instructions

  • Add your bone broth, butter, and xanthan gum to a pan. Cook until gravy thickens.
  • Heat up your Cauliflower Mash & Serve with Gravy.
  • Enjoy!
