Keto Garlic Parmesan Fried Chicken
Keto Garlic Parmesan Fried Chicken. Do I even need to say anything else? Look, this recipe here is something so special, and I’m very excited to share it with you all.
When preparing the recipe, I had no idea what to expect. I had no idea how juicy and crispy a keto-fried chicken could be. I thought it was going to be something others could quickly point out. Then I threw my garlic parmesan sauce into the mix, which just took things to another level.
One thing that’s for sure when I create recipes is that I use fresh ingredients. I do this because It makes a difference in taste rather than shortcuts. I’ve researched many different keto fried chicken recipes and how they were prepared. None have come close to how I’ve made it, and I’m starting to feel this could be the best yet.
Being on a ketogenic diet for me requires creativity. It gets pretty challenging when you’re face to face with your favorite classics and can’t eat them because of your new lifestyle. I ended up making a chicken sandwich with my favorite keto bread, creamy ranch dressing, and pickles.
If it weren’t for my newfound love for pork rinds, this recipe wouldn’t have turned out the way I wanted it to be. I was looking for the crisp with this recipe, and I have a few different ingredients. None have come close, so definitely give the rinds a try. They’re also a great keto snack I’ve discovered.
My job will continue to bring recipes like this to help you stay on track on your keto journey. This is a lifelong decision I’ve made, and there will be bumps along the road. Hopefully not so much with my creations 🙂
