Equipment
Ingredients
- 1 pound Chicken Wings
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 tbsp White Pepper Powder
- 1/3 Mustard Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Baking Powder
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- pinch Sea Salt
Keto Breading Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup Coconut Flour
- 1/2 cup Almond Flour
- 1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Onion Powder
- pinch Salt
Keto Honey Garlic Sauce
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1/2 cup Fresh Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 2 tbsp Keto Honey
- 1 tbsp Keto Brown Sugar
Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 400° F
- Wash and dry your chicken.
- Add a tbsp of olive oil.
- Season chicken wings with garlic powder, onion powder, mustard powder, and a pinch of salt.
- Add 1 tsp of baking powder.
- Crack one egg, and mix all the ingredients. Set aside.
Keto Breading
- Add all the keto breading ingredients together in one bowl and whisk.
- Bread all your wings and place on a cooling rack to prepare for baking.
- Cook your wings in the middle of the oven for 20-25 minutes on each side. For a total of 40-50 minutes or until golden brown
Keto Honey Garlic Sauce
- Add all your ingredients into a pan and cook on low heat.
- Stir continuously to hold consistency.
- Remove wings from the oven and cool for 5 minutes.
- Cover your wings in your sauce, plate and serve.
- Enjoy!
