Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven to 400° F
  • Wash and dry your chicken.
  • Add a tbsp of olive oil.
  • Season chicken wings with garlic powder, onion powder, mustard powder, and a pinch of salt.
  • Add 1 tsp of baking powder.
  • Crack one egg, and mix all the ingredients. Set aside.

Keto Breading

  • Add all the keto breading ingredients together in one bowl and whisk.
  • Bread all your wings and place on a cooling rack to prepare for baking.
  • Cook your wings in the middle of the oven for 20-25 minutes on each side. For a total of 40-50 minutes or until golden brown

Keto Honey Garlic Sauce

  • Add all your ingredients into a pan and cook on low heat.
  • Stir continuously to hold consistency.
  • Remove wings from the oven and cool for 5 minutes.
  • Cover your wings in your sauce, plate and serve.
  • Enjoy!
