Keto Lemon Pepper Wings
Keto Lemon Pepper Wings, who knew these were so delicious and healthy? Keto has been exciting for my life these past years.
It has opened so many delicious options to choose from. When prepared correctly, these are perfect for weight loss—enough fats and protein to keep you satisfied for more extended periods.
The secret to eating a healthy wing always comes down to your cooking method. Another critical component to a fit branch is the sodium content.
Sodium won’t necessarily knock you out of ketosis, but it is something to be aware of. Too much sodium can lead to bloating and extreme water retention. For my keto lemon pepper wings, try and look for a low sodium lemon pepper seasoning for the best results.
These lemon pepper wings were oh so crispy and delicious. I’m very excited for you to make them today! The wings taste great, fried in a healthy fat like olive oil, beef tallow, or lard. You can even use oven bake and get the same crispness if you omit the fryer. The results will be the same, whichever method you choose.
Use this recipe as a main course dish or a side; they work great. Be sure always to include healthy vegetables in your keto lifestyle. It will only help improve your weight loss goals.
