Oven Fried Chicken Wings

  • Preheat Oven to 400°F.
  • Wash & Dry chicken wings. Place in bowl.
  • In the same bowl crack an egg and mix with wings well.
  • Season with salt & pepper.
  • Place wings on a cooling rack under a baking tray to collect drippings while cooking.
  • Gently coat chicken wings with cooking spay.
  • Place into oven. Cook for 30 minutes flipping wings at 15 minutes.
  • Remove wings carefully and let cool for 5 minutes.

Deep Fried Chicken Wings

  • Set Deep Fryer to 350°F.
  • Wash & Dry chicken wings. Place in bowl.
  • In the same bowl crack an egg and mix with wings well.
  • Fry wings for 7 to 8 minutes. Be careful not over crowd the fryer.
  • Remove wings from fryer and place on cooling rack.

Lemon Pepper Sauce

  • In a pot, add your butter and lemon juice. Set to a low simmer.
  • Once Simmering, add the rest of your seasonings and stir.
  • Brush sauce onto wings, or in a separate bowl toss to coat evenly.
  • Enjoy!
