The Big Mac is an all-American classic. I just recreated it with keto made with premium wagyu beef. I’m a 90’s baby, so if you can relate, you can attest to how much of a classic American Mcdonald’s has become over the years. Now our favorites can be completely different, and that’s understandable. My favorite being the Big Mac, really stood out to me as a teenager. That was because my mom would only give me McNuggets, and my only dipping sauce choice was sweet and sour. I didn’t like that sauce so much, but hey, what is a kid going to do? Yeah, those were the good old days. The keto wagyu big mac recipe has made my keto lifestyle much more enjoyable to live. All About The Beef
When it comes to beef, I always look for quality. Grass-fed is usually what I look for, and more fatty meat at that. Not too much fat but just enough for me to feel great about what it is I’ve. I’m no stranger to wagyu beef; I love it so much. You can easily taste the difference from regular meat. It just melts like butter, and It’s a fantastic experience. When I took a bite of that Keto Big Mac, I was lost for words. It was almost as if the beef just melted away as soon as it touched my tongue. I’ve lost over 50 pounds eating all my recipes on my blog; there’s no secret. My Keto Wagyu Big Mac is no exception to that. Keto Wagyu Big Mac
Ingredients
- 2 Beef Patties
- 1 Egg (Optional)
- 3 Keto Breads
- Pickles
- Shredded Lettuce
- 1 slice American Cheese
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Pepper
Keto Big Mac Sauce
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 1 tbsp Sugar-Free Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Sugar-Free Pickle Relish
- 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Shallots
Instructions
- Preheat Cast Iron Skillet to medium-high.
- Add all your Big Mac Sauce Ingredients into a bowl and mix to desired consistency. Set aside.
- Add your egg mixture and ground beef into a separate bowl and mix.
- Season your beef with Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt, and Pepper.
- Toast your keto buns
- Form your beef patties and place onto cast iron skillet.
- Cook beef patties for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Remove beef patties and assemble
- Add your lettuce, pickles, big mac sauce etc.
- Enjoy!
