Who said having a burger for breakfast was wrong? Not to mention a Keto Breakfast Burger? When I took my first bite of this burger, my mouth exploded with flavor. This recipe was straightforward to make and very satisfying.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Pound Ground Beef
  • 1/2 Pound Pork Sausage
  • 2 Keto Buns
  • 1 Slice Cheese
  • 2 strips Uncured Bacon

Guacamole Ingredients

Burger Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Skillet to medium-low heat.
  • In a bowl, combine your ground beef & pork sausage. Thoroughly mix, and set aside.
  • Fully Cook Uncured Bacon and set aside for later use.
  • Cut & Peel 1 Avocado and place into a separate bowl.
  • Dice your cilantro & fresh jalapeños and place them into the same bowl as avocado.
  • In the same bowl, squeeze lemon juice.
  • Season with salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Mix all the ingredients well and taste for seasoning. Set aside for later use.
  • Form your Beef & Sausage mix patties.
  • At this time, toast your keto buns.
  • In a frying pan, thoroughly cook your egg to your liking and set it aside for assembly.
  • In a medium-hot skillet, place your patties down and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  • Once patties are fully cooked, remove from heat, and add your slice of cheese along with bacon slices.
  • Assemble your Burger to your liking
  • Time to enjoy!

Burger Sauce Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients into one bowl and stir to even consistency—taste for additional seasoning.

Living on the ketogenic diet, your keto senses would initially say two things. One “I’m going break keto and eat macaroni just for today and get back on track tomorrow.” Two “I can’t break my ketosis, so I’m just going to have to pass.” I’ve chosen both options before and more of the first option, if I’m being honest.

It doesn’t have to be like that anymore with this recipe! I found a great-tasting keto elbow pasta that is non-GMO, loaded with fiber, and only seven net carbs per serving. It’s fantastic, and I can’t stop making macaroni side dishes for every little event.

The keto elbow pasta doesn’t taste any different than regular elbow pasta. That’s great, especially if you have children who can be picky.

Usually, after eating a regular bowl of macaroni and cheese, I would feel bloated and constipated. Those days are over with this keto bacon macaroni & cheese recipe.

Ingredients
  

Cheeses

  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Grated Smoked Gouda Cheese

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tbsp Sour Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Buttermilk
  • 1/3 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream

Dry Ingredient Seasonings

Meats

  • 3 Strips Uncured Bacon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven to 350° F
  • Place keto macaroni into a pot and set to boil for 10-15 minutes.
  • Remove keto macaroni from boil and strain. Set it aside for cooling.
  • Thoroughly cook your uncured bacon and set it aside.
  • Add your wet ingredients to a separate pot and set to medium-low heat.
  • Add your cheeses to the same pot and stir until melted.
  • Add your dry ingredient seasoning to the same pot and stir.
  • Make sure to taste the sauce for perfection.
  • Add strained keto macaroni into the cheese sauce and mix.
  • Ready to serve as is. Top with Uncured Bacon Bits.
  • Continue below for the Oven-baked version!

Oven-Baked Macaroni

  • Add your keto macaroni & cheese into a mini skillet. Top with more cheese.
  • Place the skillet in the 350° F Oven and cook for 6-7 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and let it cool for 5 minutes.
  • Top with Uncured Bacon Bits and serve.

I haven’t met anyone in my life who doesn’t like pizza. For me, a Keto pepperoni & bacon pizza was unheard of. I was curious to see if this was possible.

My love for pizza is incredible—so incredible it’s easily top three of my favorite foods of all time. I understand pizza wasn’t originated in the states, but come on; it’s very hard not to love. I’ll speak for myself here and say I LOVE PIZZA. So much so that maybe I could eat one every day.

All jokes aside, my keto pepperoni & bacon pizza is indeed healthy enough to eat daily. But of course, you wouldn’t do that; you would get tired of pizza. I want you guys to enjoy this recipe, so please don’t overdo it. It’s that good, and I made sure I tested it out before sharing it with you all.

The secret to making a pizza like this comes down to an enjoyable keto crust. The crust should be a high insoluble fiber that cancels out the carbs. This will result in a low net carb, thus keeping you in ketosis.

The pizza sauce must be a no sugar added marinara sauce to keep you from harm’s way. There are many sauces to choose from. There’s not much difference in taste compared to the original sauce.

The meats I’ve chosen for this recipe are all nitrate-free uncured meats. This assures you’re getting the best quality ingredients in your keto pepperoni & bacon pizza.

  • Preheat Oven to 350°F.
  • Pre Cook Uncured Bacon Set aside.
  • Place Keto tortillas onto baking rack and place into your 350°F Oven for 5 minutes. (Add additional 3 minutes for a more crispy crust)
  • Remove Tortillas from oven and let cool for 2 minutes.
  • Chop Cooked Uncured Bacon set aside.
  • Add your Sugar Free Marinara sauce and spread evenly.
  • Add your Mozzarella Cheese and spread evenly.
