Ingredients
  

Cheeses

  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Grated Smoked Gouda Cheese

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tbsp Sour Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Buttermilk
  • 1/3 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream

Dry Ingredient Seasonings

Meats

  • 3 Strips Uncured Bacon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven to 350° F
  • Place keto macaroni into a pot and set to boil for 10-15 minutes.
  • Remove keto macaroni from boil and strain. Set it aside for cooling.
  • Thoroughly cook your uncured bacon and set it aside.
  • Add your wet ingredients to a separate pot and set to medium-low heat.
  • Add your cheeses to the same pot and stir until melted.
  • Add your dry ingredient seasoning to the same pot and stir.
  • Make sure to taste the sauce for perfection.
  • Add strained keto macaroni into the cheese sauce and mix.
  • Ready to serve as is. Top with Uncured Bacon Bits.

Oven-Baked Macaroni

  • Add your keto macaroni & cheese into a mini skillet. Top with more cheese.
  • Place the skillet in the 350° F Oven and cook for 6-7 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and let it cool for 5 minutes.
  • Top with Uncured Bacon Bits and serve.
