Oven Fried Chicken
Preheat Oven to 400°F.
Wash & Dry chicken wings. Place in bowl.
In the same bowl crack an egg and mix with wings well.
Season with salt & pepper.
Place wings on a cooling rack under a baking tray to collect drippings while cooking.
Gently coat chicken wings with cooking spay.
Place into oven. Cook for 30 minutes, flipping wings at 15 minutes.
Remove wings carefully and let cool for 5 minutes.
Deep Fried Chicken Wings
Set Deep Fryer to 350°F.
In a pot, add your butter and Hot Sauce. Set to a low simmer.
Once Simmering, add the rest of your seasonings and stir.
Brush sauce onto wings, or in a separate bowl toss to coat evenly.
Dip into some ranch dressing, or enjoy by itself!
