Breakfast just got a whole lot healthier! The keto fluffy buttermilk pancakes are so rich and delicious. Made with all natural keto ingredients, and cooked to perfection!

  • Preheat Cast Iron Skillet to medium low.
  • In a bowl crack open 3 eggs, then whisk.
  • To your bowl add buttermilk.
  • To your bowl add your melted butter.
  • To your bowl add vanilla extract.
  • Whisk all together evenly.
  • To your bowl add Almond Flour. (Coconut Flour Optional)
  • Last add your monk fruit sweetener to your bowl.
  • Whisk until your desired consistency. Add water to even out mix if it's too thick.
  • To your Cast Iron Skillet pour 2-3 tbsp of pancake batter. 2x the amount for a bigger pancake.
  • Cook for 2 minutes until small bubbles form. Flip and cook for 1 minute.
  • Plate and pour syrup to your liking.
  • Enjoy! :)
