  • Preheat oven to 400°
  • Thoroughly wash and dry your cut of chicken.
  • In a bowl crack open two eggs and whisk together.
  • Keep whisking and slowly add your buttermilk & Hot Sauce.
  • Place your chicken in the mixture and coat thoroughly. Place in fridge for 10 minutes, while you gather your dry ingredients.
  • In a Food Processor add your dry ingredients and blend. Place your keto breading in a bag or container to coat the chicken when time.
  • In your keto breading station, place chicken from the egg mixture to the dry mixture, then place on baking rack.
  • Repeat until all is breaded and on the rack. Then place into over for 35-40 minutes.
  • While the chicken is cooking prepare you spicy mayonnaise by mixing all the ingredients together.
  • 3 minutes before the chicken is done toast your buns.
  • Remove Chicken from oven and allow it to cool down for 5 minutes.
  • Assemble & Top your Keto Sandwich and Enjoy!
