Ingredients
  

  • 2 Pounds Wagyu Ground Beef (Ground Beef) Optional
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1/2 cup Diced Shallots
  • 1/2 cup Diced Jalapeños
  • 1/2 cup Green Bell Peppers
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Mined Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Cooking Pot to medium low
  • Add your butter, shallots, jalapeños, and bell peppers into the pot and sweat for 3-4 minutes or until translucent.
  • Add your minced garlic into the pot and stir for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add your ground wagyu beef into the pot and mix well.
  • Add your chili spices into the pot and stir.
  • Add your tomato sauce & tomato paste into the pot.
  • Add 1/2 cup of water into the pot and stir thoroughly.
  • Cook on low heat for 20-30 minutes or until desired preference.
  • Plate and garnish.
